Ilia Darsavelidze

Five companies, one habit: shipping on the date I said out loud in advance.

I take the ambiguous half-idea and turn it into something delivered.

I came in through software development, so I can hold a scalability argument with engineering leads and brief a CFO on the same decision without losing either of them.

CAREER

Five companies, in reverse

Each one taught a different constraint: regulated money, live traffic, launch dates that could not move.

01 · iGaming

Spribe

Senior IT Project Manager

2025 – Present · Poland, remote

I lead 20+ engineers, QA specialists and analysts building BroadHub, and own it from roadmap to production rollout: sprint planning, dependencies, releases, all of it, with the PO daily.

The brief was "scalable and bulletproof", so scalability and tech-debt calls get made with the engineering leads rather than deferred.

PROJECTS

BroadHub ↗

Spribe's aggregation platform: thousands of games through one API, plus the engagement layer on top - in-game bonuses, jackpots, tournaments and real-time campaigns - with multi-currency and crypto support for operators scaling across markets. Aggregator of the year, 2026.

02 · iGaming

Betsson Group

Technical Project Manager

2025 · Malta

I worked on the group's move off a legacy on-prem stack and onto AWS. The hard part was never the technology; it was the calendar, sequencing cutovers so nothing degraded while World Cup betting was live.

Alongside it I ran the company's observability rollout, which meant vendor selection and adoption across a very large technical stakeholder group. Planning, risk and reporting sat across several programs at once.

PROJECTS

On-prem → AWS

Legacy on-prem stack to AWS - databases, backend and frontend - sequenced around live World Cup betting, against a $1.5M+ yearly infra budget.

Monitoring platform

Worked on implementing a Datadog-style observability platform for the company: log aggregation, error tracking, service metrics, dashboards and live-ops alerting. I worked with 100+ technical stakeholders across 12 departments to select the right vendor and roll it out.

03 · Web3

Nordom

IT Project Manager

2024 – 2025 · Georgia

A cross-functional team of 15+ engineers, regulated money and crypto velocity in the same room. The schedule had opinions.

I also ran internal Web3 workshops for 50+ colleagues who wanted the concepts without the evangelism.

PROJECTS

CEX MVP ↗

Centralized exchange taken from nothing to a working MVP - matching engine, wallets and onboarding - with the US market as the target.

Telegram mini-app ↗

Grew past 11M active users alongside the centralized exchange build.

04 · Web3

MaxinAI

IT Project Manager → Head of Project Management

2022 – 2025 · Georgia

Ten-plus products for international clients and blockchain foundations: DEXes, LSDs, DAOs, RWA. Highly technical work that needed domain knowledge, not calendar management.

Working with the Ethereum, Worldcoin and Stellar foundations brought in $150K+ to build on their infrastructure. Then the promotion: Head of PM, resource allocation across 10+ projects, BD on EU and US opportunities - while still leading some Web3 delivery myself, because I like the work.

PROJECTS

RWA tokenization

We built a DeFi solution on Ethereum for a client to tokenize the US real-estate portfolio they already held - $2 billion of underlying assets.

Farcaster Humanizer ↗

Proof-of-personhood for Farcaster and our way into enriching the decentralized social layer. I secured $25K+ in Worldcoin Wave 1 grant funding and shipped the MVP with the team.

Skeeper ↗

A keeper platform automating on-chain jobs. I secured $35K+ in funding from the Stellar Community Fund and shipped the MVP with the team in two months.

05 · Software development

Redberry

IT Project Manager

2021 – 2022 · Georgia

Where it started: a digital agency rated top by Clutch, Agile teams, 10+ digital products out the door for international clients. Agency pace teaches scope negotiation faster than any course.

A boutique agency runs on whoever is closest to the problem, so on any given week I was scrum master, product owner, business analyst, QA and the person on the sales call explaining what we could realistically promise. Learning the whole delivery stack from the inside is the reason I can now hold a roadmap and a room at the same time.

PROJECTS

Marketing analytics SaaS

Led a Google Analytics competitor for a German client across 15+ engineers and 10+ marketers: event tracking, an ingestion pipeline, attribution modeling and a reporting layer.

Tryhards ↗

Ran delivery on a play-to-earn shooter with a live on-chain economy: game, NFT and token workstreams sequenced against a public launch date, and the economy held $3M+ TVL.

iPayBetter ↗

Took a card-payments product from zero to MVP in under four months, coordinating engineering with card-scheme and compliance constraints. Cash-flow positive from day one, running at $100K daily volume.

THE THROUGH-LINE

A $1.5M cloud migration, a 20+ person aggregator team, a Telegram app that found 11 million users.

Different industries, same job: decide, sequence, ship.

Free University of Tbilisi ↗

BA in Business Administration, specializing in IT Management - the degree that put business and engineering in the same sentence early. One of Georgia's most selective private universities, admitting strictly on national exam ranking, and I studied on both a university scholarship and a state scholarship.
